JmcyFlow operates on a strict Zero-Jump Logic architecture. Your data is not just stored; it is "Portal Locked."
Company Segregation: Information is filtered by your unique Company Portal ID.
Access Control: Staff members registered under your company cannot view or access data from any other organization using the JmcyFlow engine.
2. Information We Manage
To provide a high-performance inventory and sales experience, we store the following:
Organizational Identity: Business name, logo, and physical address for invoice generation.
Business Assets: Inventory lists, stock quantities, and SKU details.
Audit Logs: Real-time records of every transaction (In/Out/Return) to prevent internal fraud.
Credentials: Encrypted staff login details and permission levels.
Enterprise-Grade Security: All records are hosted on encrypted cloud servers (Supabase) utilizing Row Level Security (RLS). Jmcy Web Solutions does not sell, trade, or share your proprietary data with any third parties.
3. Use of Data
We utilize your stored information exclusively to:
Generate real-time Sales and Inventory reports.
Maintain an accurate Audit History for your business security.
Verify authorized staff logins per Portal ID.
4. Data Sovereignty
You retain 100% ownership of all data entered into the system. Should you choose to terminate your managed service, you may request a full export of your records. To ensure security, all data associated with a suspended Portal ID is permanently purged 14 days after the license expires.
