This Agreement governs the use of the JmcyFlow Managed Inventory Engine, provided by Jmcy Web Solutions.

1. Licensing & Portal ID

The Provider grants the Client a secure, managed instance tied to a specific Portal ID / Company Name.

• Single Entity License: One (1) subscription covers one (1) unique business entity.
• Multi-Company Use: Owners with multiple businesses must secure a separate license per Company Name to maintain data integrity and legal isolation.
• Unlimited Staffing: Within one Portal ID, the Client may create unlimited staff user accounts.

2. 30-Day Evaluation & Fees

• No-Cost Trial: The first 30 days are free for system evaluation.
• Subscription: On Day 31, a recurring monthly fee of ₱3,500 per Portal ID is required to maintain system access.

3. Zero-Jump Data Security

The Provider utilizes advanced Row Level Security (RLS) and Zero-Jump Logic. This ensures that the Client's data is strictly locked to their Portal ID, making it impossible for other users or company environments to access, view, or modify the records.

4. Audit & Ownership

The Client retains 100% ownership of all data. All system transactions are recorded in an Audit History Report, allowing the Client to monitor staff activity and prevent internal fraud or data tampering.

5. Terms of Service

Service includes cloud hosting, security patches, and automated backups. The Provider is not liable for data inaccuracies resulting from incorrect manual entry by the Client's personnel.
